Hola! I’m Gretel, a Senior Motion Designer based in Seattle and originally from Puerto Rico. With a background in graphic design, illustration, and motion, I love bringing ideas to life through thoughtful design and animation, whether I’m building motion systems, shaping visual narratives, or finding new ways for brands and products to move. I approach each project as an opportunity to learn, explore new ideas, and evolve my craft. I hold an MFA in Motion Media Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design and a BFA in Graphic Design from La Escuela de Artes Plásticas y Diseño de Puerto Rico.
When I’m not making things move, you’ll probably find me salsa dancing, petting a cat, or on the hunt for a really good breakfast burrito.
